We offer on-site consulting for areas including, but not limited to: workplan development for transformation efforts, executive team development, process analysis, using metrics to drive results, advice on options at major project decision points and situations requiring advanced facilitation skills such as conflict management, initial improvement project selection, and rapid five-day process redesign sessions.

• Teleconsulting. Are you looking for an economical alternative to traditional on-site consulting? Tom Devane & Associates provides teleconsulting services in areas such as executive coaching, facilitated problem solving, providing rapid, succinct answers to transformation problems, general project management assistance, and certain topics for training. It's a great way to enable leaders at different corporate locations to participate in consulting sessions without actually having to be present in the same room. Telecconsulting is available in both audio and video formats.

• On-site Executive Briefings. In today’s fast-paced work environment top and middle leaders need to keep up with current leadership topics, but don’t often have the time.
